Official Spotting Locations

There is no official spotting location at Canberra Airport. The area which most spotters use is the large carpark next the Brand Depot factory outlet mall. This area gives you a great view of both runways and the Domestic Terminal.

Other Spotting Locations

Another popular spot at Canberra Airport is the two story carpark at the Brindabella Business park. The best time for this spot in the afternoon when runway 35 is in use. The top floor of the carpark gives you a great view of the arrival on runway 35 as it is close to the touch down markers.
