Some areas are restricting non-essential activities in order to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Please ensure that spotting is not temporarily prohibited by a local public health order before heading to the airport.

SpottersWiki: The Airport Spotting Guide was created by Tommy Mogren and David Mueller in November 2005. By taking advantage of the ease with which users can create and update articles in the wiki concept, they hoped to create a guide that would become more useful and remain relevant.

Thats where you, the visitor to this site, come in. No one person can provide definitive information on every airport in the world, and even if it were possible, it would be an insurmountable task to keep it current. Instead, we rely on Internet users worldwide to come and add and update the information on the site. Do you know of a good spotting location for an airport already on the site, or have information on an airport we don't currently cover? Add it! Do you see something you know is wrong? Fix it! The Help page, from which you can find a link on every page, will get you started.
