Official Spotting Locations
It is a public airport so there is little to no security to keep you from spotting.
Other Spotting Locations
There is a lot that backs right up to the FBO where you can watch the aircraft takeoff from your car. Also along the FBO there are fences where you can get right next to the parking areas to shoot some nice shots of the aircraft.
There is the ending of this road at the end of runway 18 on each side that would allow you to get some good shots of approaching and departing aircraft.
Locations to Avoid
None really, obviously you should not pull off onto the shoulder of NW US-50 to take pictures of approaching aircraft.
