SLC is a Delta hub, so you will see most Delta types with the exception of the 777.  The MD-88 is also rare.  SLC is now an A320 station, so they are a very common aircraft.

SLC's cargo carriers include regular FedEx 727's, A300's and DC-10's, DHL 727's, and UPS 757's, A300's, etc. Airborne Express is not a very common SLC cargo carrier, but still makes stops there.
===Commercial Airlines, Aircraft, and Concourses===

US Airways runs 1-6 flights a day. Planes include A320's and A319's. United carries 737's, A320's and the occasional 757's.  United Express operates CRJ-700's and E170's. Southwest operates multiple flights a day. They include 737-300's and 737-700's. American Airlines makes frequent stops in SLC. They include MD-80's and CRJ's.
