Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport is the third largest commercial airport in Oregon, serving seven counties in southern Oregon and northern California. Scheduled passenger service is currently limited to regional jet and turboprop flights to larger hub cities. Airline flights operate on the longer runway, 14/32, with varying directions.

A historic US Air Force KC-97 is located at the airport, and is open for viewing on Saturdays from 0900-1000 and is also available for rental.
