Regina International Airport is the 2nd largest airport in Saskatchewan and the air travel center for southern Saskatchewan. It is served mainly by regional carriers and is a focus city for Westjet. The airport is frequently used by small and light private aircraft. The airport has 2 runways, 13/31 and 08/26, both are used for all traffic.

Official Spotting Locations

Airside Viewing Area

Located on the main floor of the terminal building, there is an area with large windows for viewing planes at gate 2. If there is no plane at the gate, you can see planes taking off and landing from runway 13/31. Air Canada Jazz usually occupies that gate.

Other Spotting Locations

Corner Of Campbell St. and Hill Avenue

This intersection is a grid road and is not very busy. There is enough room to park a car off the road there. It offers great views of both runways, and is good for photography if you have a good zoom lens.
