There is a car park and bench's at the end of runway 30 on Medowie Road it is great for approach pictures and landing. A 55-300 mm lense is great for this spot.

This spot is great for visual landings on 30 or take of from 12. The sand dunes out to the east makes for a great back drop when spotting at this location. Medowie Road Car Park

This is the only offical spotting location at Williamtown. There is plenty of parking to accomodate 100+ cars a couple of chairs to sit on looking down Runway 30. Other Spotting Locations

Fighter World has a viewing deck with live ATC feeds but there is an entry fee of $5. Fighter world is on Medowie Road and overlooks the 30 threshold.
