Visitor Terrace
- good for pictures if runway 27L or 09R is in use - aircrafts at the gate or aircrafts taxiing to the runway - Lenses: 50mm-640mm - the light is good after 5 p.m.
You reach this point if you exit the motorway at the sign "Flughafen" (airport). Drive along the road and follow the signs to the Terminals. The visitor terrace is located in the departure level between Terminal A and Terminal B. The entrance fee is 0,50€.
From the Visitor Terrace you have a nice view on the apron of Terminal A and a bit of B. Beside you can take pictures of aircraft taxiing to the runways. Also pictures of aircrafts which are landing or departing on 09R/27L are possible. The only disadvantage is that the terrace is "glassed". But pictures are still possible.
