The top floor of the parking garages are prime vantage points for spotters and photographers. Houston Airport System's security desk prefers a phone call prior to spotters/photographers parking to advise them what location one is spotting from.

Terminal A/B Garage- Great for spotting domestic carriers excluding Continental, also great for takeoffs from any runway except 9/27. Terminal A garage, level 7 is a favourite amongst the IAH Spotters Club.

Terminal C Garage- See a ton of Continental aircraft here.

Terminal D/E Garage- This is a fun terminal between 3:20 and 5:00 (PM) to see arriving heavies, and cargo, as well as departing heavies (Continental 777-200, Air France 777-300, British Airways 777-200, KLM 747-400). It offers a great place to see arrivals on 26L; beware severe Heat Distortion between March through September.

Just take a right pulling out of Lee Rd. Spotting area then head back towards the terminal, and take the first right. The BAX World Cargo Facility is clearly marked. Regina International Airport is the 2nd largest airport in Saskatchewan and the air travel center for southern Saskatchewan. It is served mainly by regional carriers and is a focus city for Westjet. The airport is frequently used by small and light private aircraft. The airport has 2 runways, 13/31 and 08/26, both are used for all traffic.

Warning to photographers: There is a chain-link fence around the perimeter of the airport which makes spotting planes on the ground difficult from this location, but it doesn't affect planes in the air.

Toronto Pearson is Canada's busiest commercial airport. Air Canada is the dominant airline together with its regional subsidiary Air Canada Jazz. The airport is located West of the City in Mississauga and can be accessed from several major highways (401, 410 and 409) and there is a coach link from the downtown area. At present there is no rail link from Toronto to the airport.

The airport has 3 parallel East/West runways (23,24L,24R and 05,06L,06R) as well as two parallel North/South runways (33L,33R and 15L,15R). FedEx is only suitable from early afternoon onwards as the Sun is facing in the morning. Good touchdown and approach shots can be had for 05 and it is excellent early evening when 23 is in use as it is located roughly where most heavies rotate on departure.
Police have been known to check this location occasionally and it does get very popular on Summer weekends. I have not seen anyone getting moved on unless they are obstructing the crash gate or parking on the left side of the road.
Be careful if you are taking kids, there is a police firing range right beside the hill, which is often in use.

Regina International Airport is the 2nd largest airport in Saskatchewan and the air travel center for southern Saskatchewan. It is served mainly by regional carriers and is a focus city for Westjet. The airport is frequently used by small and light private aircraft. The airport has 2 runways, 13/31 and 08/26, both are used for all traffic.

Located on the main floor of the terminal building, there is an area with large windows for viewing planes at gate 2. If there is no plane at the gate, you can see planes taking off and landing from runway 13/31. Air Canada Jazz planes usually occupies that gate.

This intersection is a grid road and is not very busy. There is enough room to park a car off the road there. It offers great views of both runways, and is good for photography if you have a good zoom lens.

===13th Avenue===

13th Avenue runs along the beginning of runway 13/31. It is good for spotting planes overhead that are landing/taking off of 13/31. It also offers views of planes using runway 08/26. There is an approach to park on where the end of the runway is. Warning to photographers: There is a chain-link fence around the perimeter of the airport which makes spotting planes on the ground difficult from this location, but it doesn't affect planes in the air.
