The official spotting location provided by the airport operator Swedavia, is located in the corner between the terminal's front side and the parking garage. this site provides decent photo opportunities of the south apron. Basically: Go out of the terminal, go left and you can't miss it.

Follow the terminal's front side to the north. There will be a good view through the wire fence all around the airport. You can even follow the fence to the landing lights up north without breaking any laws (keep a few meters away from the fences though to avoid raising suspicion about your intents).
